Résumé

The archaeological excavations carried out in sectors 1, 2 and 3 of the Porto Torrão ditched enclosure settlement (Ferreira do Alentejo), by the company Neoépica, allowed the contextualized collection of several exceptional artifacts of symbolic use. The analysis of the characteristics of the collection contexts and the objects allows us to understand the relationship between these elements, in an attempt to define the living or funerary spaces in which such objects were used and the contexts in which they were subsequently dumped and discarded.
